The Challenge of NOT talking so much

Here’s a not-so-secret secret: Salespeople love to talk. All. The. Time.

That’s just part of the biggest mistake salespeople make.

The real problem: Not listening. Customers want, like and need to be heard. 

Whatever we’re selling/marketing/promoting may be wonderful — and may be just what the customer needs. But customers want to feel valued. Listening to their challenge — and asking questions about that challenge — can lead them to your solution.
